EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. T-Max Malaysia provide exchange for defect item as long as that item's still in stock to ensure the best possible online shopping experience for you.
  2. Color exchange or exchange to other item(s) request is not allowed.
  3. Exchange request must be submitted within 5 working days upon parcel received.
  4. Upon approval of an exchange, buyer must ensure that we receive the returned product(s) within 7 working days.
  5. All item(s) must be returned in original condition (unaltered, unworn, and with it's packaging).
  6. The cost of returning the item to us is on your responsibility.
  7. T-Max Malaysia is not responsible for returned parcels until they arrive at our office. Please retain the courier receipt and tracking number as proof of return.
  8. All return/exchange requests will be processed within 3 working days upon receipt of returned items.
  9. Exchange item(s) will ship out within 5-10 working days (Exclude Sat, Sun & Public Holiday) after item(s) returned.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY

  1. Under normal circumstances, we do not offer return or refund.

  2. All refund(s) will be credited to your member account store credit only within 1-3 working days

  3. Color may vary across screen and measurements are approximate, although we try to ensure accuracy in both.

  4. Material and quality issues are not considered defects and is subjective.

  5. Due to certain third-party issues (e.g., shipping agents, customs offices), if an item needs to be returned after being packed and shipped, you are responsible for the shipping fee, return shipping fee, and any applicable taxes. The final refund amount will be the total paid amount minus these fees and taxes.

    Refund Amount = Paid Amount - Shipping Fee - Return Shipping Fee - Taxes (if any)

    To avoid this situation, we recommend that overseas buyers check with their customs office beforehand regarding any import restrictions and taxes associated with purchasing these parts.

  6. Refund process will only be start after the item is returned to us.
