- T-Max Malaysia provide exchange for defect item as long as that item's still in stock to ensure the best possible online shopping experience for you.
- Color exchange or exchange to other item(s) request is not allowed.
- Exchange request must be submitted within 5 working days upon parcel received.
- Upon approval of an exchange, buyer must ensure that we receive the returned product(s) within 7 working days.
- All item(s) must be returned in original condition (unaltered, unworn, and with it's packaging).
- The cost of returning the item to us is on your responsibility.
- T-Max Malaysia is not responsible for returned parcels until they arrive at our office. Please retain the courier receipt and tracking number as proof of return.
- All return/exchange requests will be processed within 3 working days upon receipt of returned items.
- Exchange item(s) will ship out within 5-10 working days (Exclude Sat, Sun & Public Holiday) after item(s) returned.
RETURN / REFUND POLICY
- Under normal circumstances, we do not offer return or refund.
- All refund(s) will be credited to your member account store credit only within 1-3 working days.
- Color may vary across screen and measurements are approximate, although we try to ensure accuracy in both.
- Material and quality issues are not considered defects and is subjective.
- For some unfortunate third party (shipping agent, custom offices etc) causes, the item has to be returned after the item is packed and shipped out, shipping fee, returning shipping fee and taxes (if any) is payable by you. The final refund amount will be the total paid amount minus out the shipping fee, returning shipping fee and taxes (if any); Refund Amount = Paid Amount - Shipping Amount - Return Shipping Amount - Taxes (if any) ; In order to avoid this case from happening, we suggest overseas buyer to check with your custom office beforehand, is there any import restriction and taxes in buying these parts from us than let the parcel get rejected at customs end.
- Refund process will only be start after the item is returned to us.
